Everyone else, dressed in matching vests, was booked, but the barber in the first chair didn't have anyone. However, he didn't seem friendly or interested in cutting my hair. It also felt a bit off to be immediately referred to the barber in the first chair, which made me think he might be the newest to the shop. Ultimately, I didn't get my haircut, but the overall experience left a poor impression.

I initially gave a great review until I got butchered by the woman who's basically retired! As I was told. Worst of all after going a few times and then not being able to get the person you want? It starts to feel personal. I did NOTHING to deserve that ratchet haircut! WILL NEVER BE BACK.
