His work was so good (and his pricing so reasonable) that I had him stay and detail my son-in-law's car as well--and the results were just as impressive. I also loved the flexibility of choosing to have the work done at his location or mine. I opted to stay home in my PJ pants and enjoy my Saturday while he made my car shine. 100% recommend--I will definitely be using him again!

They completed an oil change, rust proofing, transfer case service and installed the front turn signal bulb (had to remove a bunch of panels) in about 45 minutes. Because I got multiple services, they gave me a bunch of discounts and installed new wiper blades for free! They washed my windows after the rust proofing. I see the same staff over multiple visits, and they all seem quite happy to work there. They offer mechanical services as well. For selfish reasons, I don't want to give this review- don't want them getting too busy - but this is the place to go if you want efficient, friendly service.

Coming from the BIG City Toronto, you would never get this type of white glove service at any automotive repair centre in Toronto. I have a cottage up in Keene and these guys won my business. After this amazing customer service experience, I decided to share this story with my Leadership Team during a conference meeting in Toronto and again in Ottawa, there's customer service and then there's great customer service and this is what Jiffy Lube had provided to me. They bring Customer service to a new level in the Automotive industry. I'm not much for giving reviews but this is extremely important to share with present and future Jiffy Lube Customers. I personally want to thank the Jiffy Lube Crew for getting back on the road. Once again thank you Victor and your staff of technicians. Keep up the Great Customer Service, Mario the Audi customer.
