They are always stocking shelves, they are always offering help and they are always friendly. What a concept...great customer service! I wish more businesses would adopt the idea. This location is very large - I'm not sure if it was one of the specialty ones (like the one in New Britain) but they did have a lot of options. The only thing they didn't have a ton of surprisingly, but I think this goes for all locations, a lack of the canned pre-mixed cocktails in a can. I'm always looking for something specific and they didn't have it but that was okay. I also didn't see one of the local ones I wanted, but that just might be because they aren't stocked there. Overall it's clean, well organized, and staff is great. They also apparently do wine tastings which I thought was neat! I'd call the store for that ! This parking lot is bonkers though especially during the holiday season. Not their fault, but it does make visiting this particular location a little more taxing.

These stores come nowhere close to a Total Wine and More superstore which are not in Pennsylvania, but they do offer nice choices. The specific Reisling I wanted was only at this store near me and I was more than happy that they held the half case for a few days as I couldn't make it out here until the weekend. True, the price of cerveza goes up all the time, especially for the imports, but there is something to be said for comfort and convenience in brew buying. Cold Spring opens at 9 during the week, giving it a leg up on other local distributors who open later in the morning. Never too early for fiesta!
