Updates: After speaking with the manager, they decided to honor the $500 test drive discount and the ad price, no add ons. Even held the car for me for a couple days, and stayed solid despite other interested buyers. Important notes Niko - Great salesman in the sense that's hes not super pushy and allows me to really feel comfortable and run my full PPI inspections and any other tests in order to feel good about buying the car. No more bait and switches after we agreed on an out the door price. One of the few honest ones out there. Managers Bryan Nguyen and Jan Jazwari were fantastic, kept to their word and helped me out. Super friendly, good on the negotiations, and held strong on our agreed price and when I would come in the pick up the car even after other interested buyers came in (Negative) Tim - Super pushy and shark like finance person. Tried to force me to sign and buy the car before I could come in to inspect the car and semi-tricked me by saying if I signed the documents and I dont like the car and it couldnt pass PPI, I wasn't on the hook, even though that was clearly not what was on the documents. Not super friendly, and I had to have Niko and Tim step in a room for a 3 way call and me to get very confrontational with Tim to call him out on his BS and for him to back off and honor the hold that the managers and I had agreed. In the very end, he tried to gaslight me by saying that he "never forced me" to sign any documents and wouldn't sell the car from under me when that was clearly the implication (said he had multiple interested buyers and wanted the car for his own daughter if I didnt sign). At the end of the call he said something along the gist of "well I dont control the holds so if sales said they would honor the hold, I guess you are good" and "I guess you dont have to sign". Too bad he controls all the final payments which were painless after I came in and actually finalized the agreements. Not a great guy to deal with if you want an honest seller, so I would watch out for him.

He took me for a test drive with zero expectations and I left that day telling him I'd be in touch. I contacted him later that day, telling him I wanted the car and he put me in touch with Christian to work out the deal. Christian was just as nice and helped me get a great deal. Mirna explained my warranty options clearly. Daniel explained every detail about the car, including the infotainment center. After I left, they called to see how I liked my new car and they invited me to come back if I needed anything. A few days later, I returned asking for some more details about how to work some electronic features. Brian, in service, took his time to explain everything. I noticed when I was waiting in the service area, that all the customers received very personalized attention from the staff. One team member was even walking the room, handing out cold waters and popcorn. This dealership is the best I've ever dealt with, by a long-shot. They made the whole car-buying experience hassle-free, no-pressure and worry-free. I'd recommend them to anyone!

During my first oil change and tire rotation, my car was returned with oil stains on the cream-colored interior. To their credit, they immediately offered to clean it. However, shortly afterward, both rear wheel center caps fell off, which had never happened before and I decided to let it go. My most recent visit was even more inconvenient. I dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, and airbag recall service. Near the end of the day, I was informed that complications with the recall repair meant my car would need to stay overnight. I was initially offered a rental car, only to be called back and told none were available until the next morning. My vehicle ended up staying for over 24 hours, and I wasn't notified it was ready until 40 minutes before closing. When I picked up my car, I was also charged full price for an oil change despite being told my coupon had been applied. I had to call back later to have the difference refunded. Everyone I've spoken with has been courteous and apologetic, and I appreciate their efforts to make things right. However, customers should not have to repeatedly spend their own time correcting mistakes that could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail. The dealership needs to improve its communication, follow-through, and overall organization, as the repeated lack of communication and forgetful errors have created unnecessary inconvenience. While I appreciate their willingness to fix problems, I would much rather see fewer problems happening in the first place.

I finally found what I was looking for at California cars in Simi Valley California. I texted Rich at about midnight and told him that was my dream car. He responded almost immediately. He was patient and informative. After a few days of me calling and texting constantly with a million questions, I pulled the trigger and bought the car. Rich was just as excited for me to get the car as I was to get it. It was honestly the best car buying experience of my life. I received the car a short time after and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Rich for turning my dream car into reality. You truly are an ambassador to all car lovers.

Long story short, I ended up with a '68 Chevelle that I've had for four months now. Rich is a great contributor to the classic car world, selling reliable cars ready to drive home at very competitive prices. After we agreed on a price, he went above and beyond, replacing the whole carpet free of charge to make a better first impression for my wife. A shoutout to his team that has been working with Rich for many years, offering knowledgeable and quick service. The car has been running great ever since, and I always consult his opinion on upgrades, keeping the post-sale experience great too.
