Had a bad experience. I requested, online, that service would be provided to blow out my sprinkler system on Friday. Monday morning I rec'd a text at 9:22 am stating that they would be coming on Monday - that day - at 1pm. A reminder text and was never contacted before the 9:22am time. Then, Gabe called me at 1:30 stating he needed to get into my garage to complete the service. I work 30 minutes from home and could not take off work to get there. I explained this to him and he said there would be an extra charge if he had to come back. REALLY?? Poor poor customer service. I put the request in Friday- to have my sprinklers blown out - whenever. And since he was going to be there on Monday - got a text at 9:22am and then was told that I would be charged extra for him to come back - because no one was home? read more
