He gave us some good things to consider that we hadn't thought of and took the time to get it just right. We were trying to compliment an existing patio we have and suggested we go to look at different colors at a local stone company (Patterson Hardscape & Supply Co - do we add this or leave it out?). We have no idea why he never returned to finish it. We have called him, texted him and written letters begging him to finish the job as contracted. He doesn't take our calls and ignores letters and text messages.The steps are required by code and are part of the written contract with us that he signed before starting this step replacement project. Don't trust him to finish any project that you hire him for! He is erratic and can be unreliable.Poorly run business.Avoid!!.
