Over the years I have had SEVERAL cleaning people, and I just have to say that Fine Line are the best! They are a retired husband/wife team and are super entice to detail. Their charges are right in line with what I paid one person to do a few months ago and just had to stop using because I constantly found missed areas and ended up backtracking and doing it myself. With Fine Line, I don't worry about having friends in and worrying about missed areas. I had called Nancy to have a last minute clean and then start with them and although they were completely full for that initial last minute clean, she contacted me and we moved forward for the next month - so, lesson learned - the good people are booked in advance but worth the wait! I'm sticking with Nancy and Randy and would encourage anyone looking for dependable, kind and trustworthy cleaners to make the call and get on their calendar! read more

I hired Nancy and Randy at fine line cleaning, not knowing what to expect, I was very pleased with their quality of work! They were very pleasant people to work with and always responded quickly to my calls or messages. They arrived on time and did an amazing job and in a quick and timely fashion. They were beyond helpful and I absolutely recommend them! read more

I thought I usually kept a tidy house, but needed some help with spring cleaning and dusting. Fine Line put my cleaning skills to shame. Everything was spotless--much better than I ever could do. I walked in the door when they were finished and went "Wow"! In addition to BEING cleaner, it seems to STAY cleaner. I liked them and their work. read more

First, Stacy's communication was wonderful. They came for a walk-through to set a price and I appreciated her asking questions about what I liked and wanted. We set up the cleaning date pretty far in advance because I was traveling. She sent a text asking if I still wanted them (Yes!) and did I still like the date and time. Really thoughtful! While they were here they worked on everything from top to bottom. Did they miss things that I noticed later, yes, but nothing important and not everyone sees things the same way! I have had to let go a few people in the past because my husband is much more critical than I am. He didn't like things being moved on a shelf and not put back the same way. Jeez. Waaaay more critical - I just loved a clean home! But, with Stacy and Cori, he walked in that night and just said it looked great! I was so relieved!! Now, the next cleaning will be shorter for them and she'll make note of when the baseboards were done, etc so it'll stay clean. I am truly amazed by how thorough they were and I look forward to the next clean in 2 weeks! Woohoooooo! I highly recommend them and I'm glad I'm already scheduled because y'all are going to fill up her calendar, for sure, once you use them. :-D

Good: Came on short notice, showed up on time, good communication throughout…read more Bad: Destroyed my nearly new vacuum cleaner and put it back like nothing was wrong and didn't mention it. Used my high end kitchen cutlery to clear a drain then put the knife back in the block like it hadn't just been used on slime and grime. Didn't clear pet hair out of the sliding door tracks (probably because they broke the vacuum cleaner). I paid a premium for bad service and damaged equipment. For 11 "man hours" I was billed $625. I don't expect to pay over $50/hour for maid service and for that premium price, I absolutely do expect perfection. My wife was told it would be $425 so somehow between that and her sending me the bill it got jacked up $200. I let the owner know and received no reply. I would pass on this company and find someone responsible, responsive and priced fairly.
