When my husband wanted to print a short booklet of his online comic, we looked at a few places and found the downtown Print Three location to be the most helpful. They looked at paper qualities and sizes with him, being generous with samples and their time. The service was fast and really friendly, and the books came out great. I haven't seen other, more traditional print shop items from them, but the books are so great, and the service so friendly and helpful, that I still feel comfortable recommending them. Will definitely go back to them again!

The next day we were leaving for Orlando so no one could sign the packet on arrival. When we came back from our trip a week later, I called them and asked if they could deliver it to our nearest location. They said yes they could but they will charge me $7. I gave them my credit card number, but when i went to check, the store said they don't have any information about the packet. I called them again and they said they delivered to a convenience store at another location which was further from my house. They did not apologize or compensate for this error.

Taz was helpful, professional, friendly and gave me a great deal on premium business cards. I dropped by on a Thursday afternoon and my business cards were ready by Tuesday morning! I now have the best quality business cards at my office I like supporting local small businesses and as I am starting my own self employment business, I will definitely be coming back here more often. It's at a convenient location (in the Meadowvale Town Centre complex) and the staff is great. This is a FedEx depot too, so you can send out/pick up shipments here. I noticed that they have some printing solutions and I definitely want to be one of those families that go to Disney with custom printed t-shirts If you need any sort of printing services done, stop at The Ink Factory and ask for Taz. You'll be glad you did!

The service is really fast. They have the printer that I need (which is a printer that has the ability to print 11x17). I had to print 12 sheets and it costs just under $5. To be honest, I never really thought that it would cost so low and very affordable (especially for students like me). I will be going to this place as much as possible (or when I need to print 11x17 sheets which is very likely to happen) because the prices are affordable.

The consolidation of Kinkos with Fedex gives the franchises a unique opportunity to support businesses looking to do direct marketing campaigns. They'll print, edit (though not too much) and ship your needs across the world. With the two big brand names, you are bound to end up at the location, except... Fedex is expensive. Its a next day service. And while you may need next day services often, the reality is that if you are doing some kind of direct marketingthe shipping costs are too expensive. Better to print it here or at a local print shop and take your material to Canada Post. They don't ship via Canada post so its a disadvantage in terms of offering a total product offering :s However, they do provide you with an option of getting it prepped and ready for drop off at Canada Post. From the purpose of my visit, it is a 3 star because of the limited options for shipment. However, the service was good. They have one attendant at a stand right near the doors, almost like a receptionist, waiting for you to direct you to the right people or to assist you on the spot. Its a bright store with lots of outside lighting which gives it a very open appeal when you are inside. The location is a great one given the # of soft businesses (not manufacturing, lots of services based businesses or head offices) in the area. From a personal use perspective, its a 4. So a 3.5 average!
