Very reasonably priced here and great selection of juices. You can't smell the juices but that's because they are not allowed to open the bottles. At least you know they're never tampered with and you're getting the product untouched before it goes up someone's nose, which is nice. Jerrit was very knowledgeable and friendly. Normally I experience vape employees that are pretty lazy and unhelpful. Not here! I will be back if I need any supplies here in Ormond.

The Big Smoke has been in business for decades. The first time being here with my brother in 1996…read more That was when Bruce was the owner. And a artist named David carved the wooden cigar Indian that stood out front of the shop on Granada Boulevard. And whenever I was in Ormond Beach visiting Mom, I would make a point to stop in, buy a cigar, and sit down in the lounge area with Bruce and other cigar enthusiasts, and just enjoy the conversations we had. Living in Orlando, I do not get out to Ormond Beach as often as I like. And The Big Smoke is now under new ownership. But if you are looking for a cigar to smoke there or take home, The Big Smoke has a nice selection of cigars. And prices are reasonable. Do not let the size of the store fool you. The walk in humidor may be smaller than other cigar shops I have been to, but they offer a good selection. And a heads up. The Big Smoke will be having a Olivia Cigar Event on Saturday, March 9, from 1:00-4:00 pm. There is also an event with Drew Estate planned, for those Acid cigar enthusiasts in the near future. I got off to a late start on my last road trip here, so I did not have time to sit and enjoy a cigar here. But on the next trip out, I am allowing myself a little more time. Just so I can have a good cigar while watching the world go by on Granada Boulevard.

To address the first review.. for anyone wondering,, I happen to know that they would have given a discount for an opened boxed item (such as the model in the case) and it would only be sold if it was the last and obviously they state that. You always have the opportunity to not purchase the item if you feel uncomfortable. Nobody wants someone to come back and complain or write a horrible review. So not classy. How can the smoke shop know that you didn't break it? Especially if it was dirty... and you're going to say you purchased a dirty item? Even though they don't accept returns you believe they did? And then that they decided to sell it? Without looking at it even though they looked at yours, as you stated. Sad these people trying to run an honest business have to face horrible customers. It's a flea market, yes. That doesn't mean bargain for free things and act like a child on the internet when you can't smash your toys and then return them for your money back once you're done playing on vacation. I love picking up things from this smoke shop! The owners are a very nice older couple that put their heart and hard work into their business. Peggy and Rich have been able to help me a lot with my pain management by educating me on CBD. I have my medical card but still purchase CBD from them because they have the tinctures and creams that work the best! Not to mention they have the CBD dry herb you can roll a spliff with! Or you can pick up one of the pre-rolled cones for 400mg of CBD! They have all of the papers for their products so you know there is NO THC! They sell king palms and all of the raw products you could need! I'm a loyal customer, like many! Hopefully I will see you in there!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! My…read morehusband and I purchased a vape pen from this shop during our vacation last week. The pen was NOT in a sealed box. When we got to our hotel, we tried to use it. It was defective and did not work. We returned it to the shop and the employees kept pointing to the sign that says no returns. One of the owners shined a light inside it to show it was dirty and used. They accused us of using it and returning it, they stated they sold it to us in a sealed box. We never had the chance to use it because it never worked. I explained that this seems like a defective one that was previously returned and accidentally put back into inventory. The owner was incredibly rude and stated she would not replace it. She called her husband at home (he's the main owner) and he stated absolutely not, he won't replace. I asked her to please call him again and reconsider and she yelled at me that he's sick and to get out of her store. This shop is inside the Daytona Flea Market and the entire flea market has a policy that ALL shops must replace defective products 30 days from purchase. The owners and employees of the shop think their policies trump the flea markets policies. The GM of the flea market had to FORCE the shop to issue a refund to us. Save yourself the headache and purchase from one of the other shops there. This shop will take your money, sell you a non working product and then yell at you when you politely ask that they make it right. Shame on you.
