Specialties
We are here to help you heal and grow. You deserve genuine, real people that provide you with loving feedback and guidance. We want to be by your side, to support and directly challenge you every step of the way. You are not in this alone. That is why we partner concrete take-home skills with open and active listening, all while integrating humor and play.
We provide intimacy therapy to individuals and couples dealing with patterns of unhealthy romantic relationships, compulsivity relating to dating, love, sex, or pornography, and general relationship problems.
We also treat professionals and their partners who, despite career or family success, feel unfulfilled, as well as those undergoing age, occupation and transition-related identity changes, people struggling with social anxiety, depression, insomnia, and trauma.
Find Your Center is all heart, no fluff. Together, we will discover untapped purpose, passion, clarity, and strength for greater intimacy, joy, and freedom in your life.

Meet the Business Owner: Michele G.
I am lucky to love what I do and feel so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your life. I love my clients. I respect them and care deeply. I hope that I achieve the balance of being nurturing and extremely nonjudgmental, but also quite direct and challenging. That's how you deserve to be treated - with genuine and abundant kindness and warmth, but without the fragilizing and condescending parroting or the overly bland and cautious feedback that used to be the norm in our field. You will find an approach that is casual, at times playful, and always caring and engaged.
I attended UC Berkeley and earned a Masters in Psychology on a merit-based scholarship. I practiced family law before pursuing my passion in therapy and earned my Juris Doctorate on a full Public Interest Scholarship. I also completed training in mindfulness and pain management at USC, in addition to myriad post-graduate certifications in evidence-based modalities.
