The prior management used to be much more helpful-- but now the atmosphere is "colder." They put cubicles up so you can't see anyone's face when you walk in. Last few times I have been there the drive thru was closed-- for what seemed to be no reason. Three bank clerks as usual --so it didn't seem as though there wasn't a reason for it not to be open. Inconvenience is their middle name. I really miss Washington Mutual. Wish Chase never bought them over.
