After multiple notifications of them threatening to buy insurance for us (and charge us for it) if we didn't prove we had coverage and over 30 minutes on hold, their version of "wind" is hurricane insurance. Which our previous 2 servicers did not require and none of their reps seem to understand the difference between wind and hurricane coverage and why it should be more clear in their communications. So now we're out the cost of a hurricane policy all because our loan was sold to this idiotic company. Fingers crossed they offload our loan soon. Dealing with them is terrible and they're a joke.
