I love looking at better ways to organize spaces, but don't seem to have the creative mind to do what they can. It wasn't until sometime in 2022 that I saw a car in Meridian with the Tidy Style name on the side. I looked them up and couldn't believe I didn't realize they were local. Fast forward to 2024, and I was finally on the tail end of repainting the interior of my home. One of the last rooms was the pantry, which had turned into somewhat organized chaos over the years. Knowing that I would have it completely emptied out, I knew this was the perfect time to finally see if TS was available to come out. Heather was extremely responsive in communication, and understanding with rescheduling. Shea and Amelia came by right on schedule and quickly got to work. They had the entire pantry completed in less than three hours. The transformation was remarkable. I only wished I'd have taken before pictures before emptying the pantry, prior to painting. We are so happy with the work they performed, and are already brainstorming ideas of what areas in the home they could help us out with in the future.

I tried to find someone…read moreto help me with organizing my garage last Wednesday & getting rid of donations, boxes & junk and to make it functional & breathable. Garage mess is the worst, esp when it gets wayyy out of control with Amazon boxes! What she accomplished in 4 hrs was beyond anything I was expecting- no joke. Lori arranged for extra services to come & pick up donations & the junk haul that same day! Everything was cleared out. Whattt?! Lori is not only a great human being with a big heart but she is incredible with getting to know you & what you really need & want to get done. Who is gonna help you? Your mom, your friend, your BF?! Nope! But.... Lori will!! I have had major anxiety over my head while raising an 18 month old-zero time & working nights. Lori made it possible that day to care for my son and come in and out of the garage to see what she was whipping up out there! I can't say enough.. She is coming over already next wk to help me clear out a space to exercise, & go through my entire nightmare of a big pantry. What a God Send & a remarkable help off my mind and shoulders. It got organized and went ok but didn't work for my family. The next project we needed done we had to wait a few months to even get it scheduled which was frustrating for us. We wanted our garage done before winter hit so we could get our car in it. We made it clear what we wanted done. We wanted kids bikes and stuff hung up, treadmill in the third car spot for a home gym, and shelves put in to put totes on. She gave me the price of how much it would cost and just told me to get shelves and totes from Costco. We got them and had scheduled 2 days. Monday, Tuesday the week before Christmas. She had an assistant come who just started to open boxes and dump them into the trash. I was digging things out that wasn't trash. Payton didn't seem to want me working on the garage also with her and the assistant. She showed up late Monday and then cut it short after a few hours only working 3.5 hours. Tuesday she also cut short to be only 4.5 hours. We had the expectation from when we talked to her that we would be working all day and had our calendar cleared to work on the garage all day. She asked me to keep Friday clear and she would also so we could finish it Friday. She ended up canceling on us last minute for Friday. Then she kept saying she would let us know when she would come back to finish the job. We got very frustrated with this and sent her a text that she either needed to come finish the job or give a partial refund. I was left with a mess on my front porch that I had to clean up myself. When she came back she just put the shelves up and got it to where we could get the car in the garage. Only putting in 3 hours. The garage is still not done. I am now hiring someone else to come finish the job that I had paid Payton to do as it's not close to what we had talked about or close to being done. She was extremely difficult to work with and it had to be her way. The average pay for a professional organizer in the valley is $50 an hour. Payton only worked 11 hours on my garage. Making it where I paid her for 2 hours that were not worked.
