We visited on a good-weather holiday when live music was offered, which seems one of the best times…read moreto enjoy a winery. Big parking lot! Pleasant new building! Upon entry, a couple staff members greeted and oriented us, we opened a tab, ordered, and took a seat on the patio. Food choices: Spinach artichoke dip, lobster nachos, outlaw grilled cheese on a gluten-free bun. Somewhere along the way, Therese H. enjoyed a peach slushie, too. Wine tasting: Each sample was served in a wine glass, glasses brought to us in a lovely metal flight server. We tried what we thought we might like, and, as expected, several were quite pleasant. To our taste, the best sample that day was the Cabernet Franc, so we purchased a bottle for home.

We came down and stayed in Tuscola for state track in Charleston. Wish we would have came here…read moresooner! Wine is tasty and the food is great! Worth a drive for sure.
