They weren't able to do wedding photos on a Saturday(Saturday's are the day most people do their weddings) They took our money and never mentioned anything about their cancellation policy. We decided this company was not a good fit for us. They will not return the money we requested, we don't want another shoot just the money back. This place is the worst. We paid their 'sitting fee' over the phone, received no receipt, they…read morecancelled on us the day of 'sitting'(photo shoot) after my husband took the day of work and lost a whole day's pay. We decided they were not the right photography studio for us. I kindly asked for our our sitting fee to be refunded, was given the run around, the receptionist said they would call me back, never did. Finally I asked my husband to call and try and get a refund for the service we paid for but did not receive and the receptionist said she tried to call me and she emailed me, I assure you they did not try and call me back to fix their wrong, And I never submitted an email address to them so in addition to getting our wedding photo shoot canceled the day of the shoot... after my husband took the day off of work, because they could not do a wedding photo shoot on a Saturday!?!? They lied and said they reached out to me and emailed me. I never provided them with my email address. They never provided me with a cancellation policy/when they cancelled on us. This is the most unprofessional photographer I have ever had to deal with and as a stylist I can tell you I deal with many shady photographers, and I also am a service provider that also provides personal services. I would never treat people like this b/c reputation means so much. This place is the most expensive studio in town and the most Shady! Shame! Shame!
