Chris Dailey and this company are the best. It is very hard to arrange to have things done when…read moreyou're not on site, and I needed an item removed from a partially collapsed building. The building is in New York. I am in Washington, DC. I'd hired someone to clean out the building last year, put down a thousand-dollar deposit, and that was the last I heard of the someone and my thousand dollars. After looking the site over, Chris felt that it was too risky to do much work in the building and asked what in particular I needed out of it. There was one item that was particularly important. Chris sent me an invoice, and I was very hesitant to pay it because of my last experience, but I felt that I had no choice but to trust him. I paid the invoice yesterday. Today, I received photos from Chris of the box both in the building and shortly after that outside of the building and in a secure spot where I can access it. I would hire him again without hesitation.

It had a large section covered with something black (some kind of mold maybe?) that I had tried numerous times to remove with my own pressure washer, and was never able to get rid of it. Jimmy didn't try to hurry the job, and instead meticulously went over each section of the driveway until it was perfect. In the end, the whole driveway was white again, looking almost brand new ... even that large section of black stuff was now totally white. In addition to doing a great job, I'd also like to add what a friendly and easy to work with guy he was. He also was great at communicating back and forth via phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. I would highly recommend! Joe Caldwell Endwell, NY
