He said the ceiling was dry and hard when he touched it, yet he still proceeded, clearly just to take money from the customer. I paid $422 for 15 minutes of work, simply for someone to cut into the ceiling for no valid reason. I also believed that you said you would be responsible for everything from A to Z, but I was very surprised when he said that someone else would have to be paid to fix the damage he caused without properly checking first. Honestly, this was a complete rip-off. I will be leaving a Google review detailing everything that happened and filing a complaint with the BBB. If necessary, I will also pursue this in small claims court and let them decide. I truly did not expect this kind of experience.
