I have gone to this spa for over 2 years now you would think they would want to make it at least half right , I had been rescheduled numerous times the day of my appointments due to no injector available and the last appointment they changed what I normally use because they didn't have anything else and now they say to me some products don't work for some people!! Make it right, you know the products that do, I have been a loyal customer. Completely unprofessional I would NOT recommend this company to anyone looking for Botox!!! TERRIBLE

Quintessence's staff is, at best, incompetent. They lack an understanding of basic best health…read morepractices, like when the optimal time during the day is for a hormonal blood test. We spent $300 on bloodwork that ended up being inaccurate because it was performed at the wrong time of day. In addition, the owner acts as a gatekeeper and gives medical advice to clients despite having no medical training or credentials. There are companies in just the Salt Lake Valley alone that are more knowledgeable, professional, and affordable. We stopped going to Quintessence at the end of September/beginning of October. Despite that, they double charged us in October and now we see they've charged us again. It took almost 3 weeks for them to refund us in October and they gave us excuses every time we followed up with them. In addition, they billed us wrong almost every single month we were utilizing their services. Overall, we are unhappy with the service we received from Quintessence, and these erroneous charges are just the icing on the cake. I can't recommend this company and will be telling friends and family to stay away.

The type of care here is amazing from walking in without an appointment to making sure you are getting what you need. Also the medical knowledge and the pricing is great yes it might seem pricey but to get better and feel great and treated with kindness then its up to you to see about the price which is lower then most of the areas for the expertise you get. I would recommend 1000 percent and no one was pushy for the amount of questions we had. I would trust the nurses and them on the products that they have and take your medical background seriously.

Dr Zhang is a certified and licensed injector as well! I love how tranquil the lobby is. Very cozy with a lot of Chinese cultural decor. Doctor Zhang was so kind and laid back. She was very easy to talk to and not judgmental at all when it came to topics of previous medication or overall health awareness. They are really great in terms of resources and knowledge. They are licensed and able to prescribe Suboxone for people who may have had previous issues or abuse from opiates.

I have never had an issue with being in pain from an iv or injection. Also it feels and looks like a spa when you walk it and I love it. Who knew getting an Iv could be relaxing. The massage chairs are amazing and they make sure you are warm with blankets and mints. The staff is also so kind. Dan is my favorite. He is always so welcoming. Anyone familiar with flex accounts knows that treatments require a provider's sign-off. They charged my flex card, but the claim was denied because they refuse to have a provider authorize the treatment. Instead, they told me to go back to my primary care provider to get approval.
