Was informed that they do not accept cash from patients. If you don't have insurance, you can pack sand. Really? Wow.

We had to try and hope for the best.Well I have a bit of a medical history like I have to keep a list of my medications and medical problems so I dont forget something. Anyway I came here and was seen by Dr Rebecca Reilly and instantly knew this would be my new Drs office. I had always been seen in the air force hospitals so I was forced to see that I had been coddled to that point and just because they had a "Drs office" didn't mean they were any good. This Drs center is fantastic. I have never had a bad experiance, since coming here (3 years ?) And since I was a nurse, air force medic for over 35 years so they not only take care of me but respect my history and medical knowledge. The office is always efficient and quiet and I can usually get an appointment if not that day the next. Absolutely marvelous would reccomend to anyone.

We are not an "easy" family medically, and we have needed her support often. Never once has she made us feel like a burden. Instead, she treats us with patience, kindness, and an incredible amount of time and care. She is the first doctor I've ever had who truly listens -- really listens -- and that alone is rare. Her bedside manner is outstanding: warm, calm, and deeply compassionate. My children absolutely adore her, which speaks volumes about the safe and caring environment she creates. Dr. Lee is also incredibly attentive outside of appointments. When we've had concerns after hours, she responds quickly. When we've been sick, she has personally called or texted to check in and make sure we're improving. When you're in the room or on the phone with her, she is completely present and laser-focused on you and your family. We feel genuinely cared for, supported, and respected under her care. I recommend Dr. Lee without hesitation for both adults and children. She sets the gold standard for what primary care should be.

Even when he went into actual liver failure and we realized what was going on (from getting second opinions), she would not listen or even consider liver disease and kept saying he could not have liver disease! She showed very little understanding of liver disease and told him many things that were untrue (like she said he couldn't have it because X or Y, but that was not true). She also had a very bad suggestion, to cut back on coffee, when coffee is actually liver-protective. We had to get him a different PCP who finally got him diagnosed with proper tests, which did show liver disease, and referred him for adequate care. This other doctor was very alarmed by the lack of care from Ga Geong/Sunny Health and how Sunny Health left him untreated for so long, with high ammonia harming his body and at risk for liver disease complications. She didn't understand how a doctor would not do something about labs like his had been. I feel my husband's life was put at risk by having Ga Geong as his doctor. After all of this, I looked to check on her medical education, and she went to an unaccredited medical school (American University of Integrative Science in Barbados). (Wikipedia says the school is still seeking accreditation.) She also had some pretty toxic behavior that has honestly felt very scary and disturbing to me. My husband was planning to just cancel his membership at the end of the month after having to find a different doctor, but she contacted him and threatened him because of my review and he asked to leave sooner. During this entire situation, she I believe she stepped outside of many professional boundaries for how you should relate to patients and their loved ones and behaved very inappropriately. Sharing this in case it helps save someone else's life or health.

Firstly, I wanna start by saying the staff has not been rude by any means, but just extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I started going to this doctor, specifically Dr. Noorda, because of the incredible reviews he had about him as far as his practice and medicine... I wanna make it very clear that I am only continuing to come to this office because of the incredible care that I've received from Dr. Noorda and only because of that. Otherwise, it has been extremely frustrating and an impeccable waste of my time... I Initially went in 11/26 to get blood drawn and provide samples that I was asked for for testing... When I arrived, there was a ton of confusion on what test were actually supposed to be performed on me so that was frustrating, and then after they finally figured everything out, and I was able to provide them with the correct paperwork, they took the samples they thought I needed it, and I proceeded to leave the office as normal... Literally less than three minutes later they called me back to back letting me know if I'm able to rush back in. They forgot to give me some test that we're on the list for me that day, which was already a red flag, but I decided that everyone makes mistakes and I went back in with no problem., Mind you I live over 25 minutes away, so this is not convenient travel wise for me by any means, but I will travel anywhere for good care. Fast-forward to today, December 4, I go in for my appointment to drop off the test that I was sent home with 11/26 to test me further, and when I went in to drop off the samples, everything appeared to be fine. I gave them to the phlebotomist, And I left... As per usual. Unbeknownst to me, I'm driving 25 minutes away to go back home and get back to work, I'm on a work call as I drive home and I noticed that Mountain View called me twice back to back... I'm on an important call so I cannot switch over, and the first thing I thought is there is absolutely no way they are calling me because they forgot something again, I am already traumatized that happened to me the first time. Once I was finished with my work call, I gave them a call back lo and behold just to find out that yet again they incorrectly read my charts. They told me that the way that the tests were requested. They told me that the way that the tests were requested. We're all on one line and was confusing the phlebotomist told me she had to ask a nurse how to also read the paperwork just for them to call back and tell me they need an additional 5+ tests and that I ultimately wasted my time coming down and giving them the test that I drove 25 minutes to give them, because That wasn't actually all of the test that I was supposed to provide to them initially, which was completely unbeknownst to me because they literally never told me . So now I have to go back for my appointment December 18, but we were originally supposed to discuss all of the results that I had already sent in, now that Appointment is essentially obsolete because the testing still isn't done, mind you I have driven back-and-forth to the office more than five times now trying to achieve the same results and something that should be extremely simple... all she could literally tell me verbatim was "well you don't have to drive back up here if you don't want to I was just making you aware"... Girl of course I have to drive back up there. This is my health we're talking about, no matter how frustrating it is I'm going to do whatever it takes to finally get these test submitted, but wow the hoops I've had to go through is crazy! I'm typically not want to complain, but the situation has left me feeling helpless and in disbelief!

I'm new to the area and was hoping he'd be my new primary. Although put off by his clinical manner, I decided to proceed, hoping that what he lacked in warmth he'd make up for in his ability to help me get the best care. My previous Dr. was warm, but she was quite inefficient and rarely followed through on my care. We went through my long list of medical issues (he warmed up a bit), and he did indeed refer to me to a specialist at Cleveland Clinic (excellent choice). However, they turned me down, as no medical records were received. 1. My previous doctor never sent the records (they arrived a full month later -typical of her practice ). 2. They had no info on my visit with Dr. Castillo. This may not be his fault. 3. When I described my issues and diagnosis to the admin., she suggested they could INDEED help me, and to call me after receiving my records from my prior office and a rec. from my doctor. Fine. The reason I never returned to this office is because upon calling the office, 1. The first person I spoke with re: rebooking Dr. Castillo, and also filling my prescriptions was completely unable to take my info. I had to repeat my medications FOUR TIMES. He also giggled and didn't make much sense. He sounded about 15, and tbh, seemed completely high. Like someone let his kid answer the phone for the day. He could have not made it more clear that he did not care and the whole thing was a goof to him. Super. I later called back and was booked into a different Dr. who was available on telehealth (as I can no longer drive and couldn't get a ride) by the very capable Jean Pierre, who was polite, attentive, got my order in perfectly, and was also speaking ESL, his first language being French. Impressive! A review of their answering service would be in order. It really does jam things up when one can't get aftercare. Also, they need to accept e-mails from patients, or encrypt the emails if that's a HIPPA issue.
