Funny thing is that I worked for Huntington for 26 years and Angela is the FIRST person in a branch that asked me where I had worked in the bank. It was super refreshing to have a teller ask me about my time at Huntington. She will be my go to teller for future transactions even if I have to wait, it's worth it. Thanks Angela for making my day.

I visited this branch, which had some of the poorest customer service I've encountered at a branch. * "After waiting 15 minutes with no tellers available, I was finally called. I apologized for not having my wallet but offered to verify my identity in any way possible." * "Instead of attempting verification, the employee abruptly refused to help, displaying an aggravated tone and raising his voice in the process." * "Feeling dismissed and disrespected, I requested a branch manager, but was informed none were available until the next day." * "Being denied assistance without even asking my name was deeply concerning. It raised questions about whether I received equal treatment compared to other customers." * "As a loyal customer with multiple accounts (8 to be exact), I expect a minimum level of respect and effort to resolve issues." * "I urge the bank to address these concerns and ensure all customers receive respectful and professional service, regardless of circumstance." * "Consider providing diversity training for staff, as mentioned by another reviewer, to promote understanding and prevent similar incidents. I truly hate to say this felt discriminatory, but I must be honest, it did" * I called two separate branches to see how they would have handled the situation and they mentioned verifying through phone numbers or codes, I believe similar approaches could have been attempted here." I have been through my fair share of banks. Only because of moving. I lost my love of big banks…read moreafter dealing with Chase. Service was not bad, just not personal. I think if you are in the business of handling someone's money, personal would be a good thing. I looked for a local bank after leaving Chase. There are a few good credit unions in the area so the decision was not easy. Honestly, the $100 bonus is what drew me to CS Bank. Also, having a bank that is open seven days a week turned out to be more useful than I thought. Staff is usually friendly at any of the branches. Again, personal attention. They are also very helpful. When I started a new job, I was paid in handwritten checks. I did not know there would be a hold on my first check because of the large amount and it being the first one I was depositing. The teller told me about the hold, but if I got it cashed, I could deposit it without a hold. I lost six dollars cashing it at the issuing bank, but did not have to wait out a four-day hold. They are a little light in services and account types, but I did not need any special accounts. Having a free coin counting machine is nice as well so you do not have to pay a fee at a Coinstar machine. If you are considering a bank, give CS Bank a look.
