Staff was friendly and helpful. Was able to transact business in timely manner. The parking lot is small and access very limited.

This location is actually decent the tellers were pretty nice and very helpful to the customers the wait was not too bad at all.

I went in with my elderly grandmother to take care of beneficiary services due to my grandfather passing. I flew from Dallas, TX to Chicago Il for 1 day specifically to help my grandmother take care of her banking business. When my grandmother and I came into the branch, Ms. Griffin was very rude to us. She asked what we came in for and when I explained the transaction needed, she stated she couldn't help us. I explained that I was there to help my grandmother and that I am Power of Attorney for her and that I only was in Chicago for a day so I could help her. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to go to another location. When I asked how come she couldn't assist me, she then started to ignore me. After asking her again why she couldn't help me and she continued to ignore me, I then asked for her name so I could file a complaint. She refused to give me her name. I had to go to one of the tellers and ask them what her name was and what her position was. I have never been so disrespected by a branch manager ever! Simone Griffin was very rude and disrespectful. A few of the other customers in the branch stated that she is always rude and mean to customers. I am absolutely appalled by the service I received from Ms. Griffin. I was so upset, I left that location and went to another Citibank branch. In no way should a branch manager ever carry themselves the way Ms. Griffin did.

I thought tcf bank was bad. Till I opened an account with Citi bank. If you like long lines, slow…read moreservice and just about everything that could go wrong, goes wrong. Feel free to sign up for their banking. I've been sitting in the waiting area for 1 1/2 hours to see the one person they have on staff to CLOSE my account. Never again will I walk into a Citi bank.

My review was concerning the truly wonderful customer service I received from your employee 'Liz'. Being a senior sometimes it takes time to understand how to handle important matters now that years before understanding would have been no problem. I came in came in with questions concerning my accounts and Liz kindly and patiently took the time to explain, answer and resolve my issues. In the world today many young people are not caring, are in a rush and are basically rude and condescending to seniors. Liz was not at all like that. She was personable, knowledgeable, professional. I can't say enough good things about Liz. I hope Credit Union 1 appreciates how valuable and wonderful customer service representative you have representing your business. Also I would like to commend the Manager There at the Evergreen location, I think his name was Trey ( I hope I spelled his name correctly. He was also very kind and extremely helpful.
