Just awful. I made the switch to chime where I have never been happier. They actually care about…read morethe customers. I had paid off my loans through 4front early and they denied me for another loan because I was $27 dollars in the negative. They will take every cent out of your account in order to pay off any loans. And if you call to try to talk to someone, they are rude and uncaring to the point where I had to speak to a manager. I am so glad I switched banks.

Used to be a very helpful little bank but customer service has gone drastically down hill in the…read morepast few years. They never had any idea about international transactions and the like, but that was ok for a small rural bank. Refusing to flag you debit card to not get blocked when you are traveling means that you cannot rely on it at all, so you have to use another card from another bank. The last straw was the ridiculous farce of changing over to a new online banking system with the functionality of one from back in the 90's. Not only that, but all the data that was entered in the old system has been trashed and cannot be retrieved. Looks like a cost cutting exercise with no consideration for customer service at all. Off to look for another bank :-(

One time I cashed a very large check and they deposited into someone else account. I don't even know how you can do that. They fixed it a week and a half later. Horrible experience. Do your self a favor and go anywhere else to bank.
