Additionally, their loan department makes up their own rules without disclosing T&Cs to you as the customer. They make assumptions and jump to conclusions without actual facts. Plenty of other financial institutions out there to work with rather than deal with CFCU unethical business practices. Stay far away and look elsewhere for a true Credit Union.
