If you get hungry, there is a cafe that sells wine, because, let's be honest, after the first conference day, you'll want to be chugging some wine. And maybe throw down a baguette sammy with it. But we're in Mexico so the bottle of hot sauce isn't far. Don't be shy and ask for some salsita picante, cuz, you know you love it!

I was even told they close if no one is there - that's Mexico for you! This library, while small, is filled with old historical books. Including many o the history of Jiquilpan. I spent a good hour perusing these books. Almost all books are kept behind beautiful wooden cabinets with glass doors. You definitely feel like you've stepped back into time. The smell alone of this library is 5 stars. If you're into books and dark, dank libraries you'll know exactly what I mean. Every wall inside the library has historic murals which are narratives of the area's history. These cannot be missed!
