friendly - clean, room arrangement was good. valet parking amazing and very friendly!! Food buffet was good, workers were very good. We did order meals and that was about 3star ... fajitas kinda blan... three hamburgers were way under cooked so that was disappointing... should have said "Well done", we didn't have time as kitchen was a bit slow. I would have to say the shower in the bathroom not a fan of the rain shower head ... and glass doors ... should be frosted glass ... for some privacy. Not a fan of showering in the open ... also then nobody else can use bathroom or come grab anything... do not understand that glass showers ... the glass door for toilet is really WEIRD... but overall it was a great place for our group. we saw lots of groups here too. read more

5 star service for a 3 star price how can this get any better? This is by far my favorite hotel in Merida. Walking distance to a mall, mayan museum, and movie theater. The hotel itself is pretty new with a very nice pool and small gym. The hotel room service and restaurant are pretty tasty as well. Price is not bad either with rooms starting at 60 and going up all the way to 120 in the high season. The staff is very friendly and always tries hard to please you. This is the only hotel i consider staying while i am in Merida for business since you also get free wifi and there are conference rooms in the lobby. read more
