I was assured they had staff capable of tutoring in subject needed. During her first tutoring session, tutor asked two other staff members if they could assist with my child's work, they could not. They resorted to AI and could not explain the concept. I emailed to cancel enrollment and requested refund after the first session as they did not provide the services I paid to receive. I received a call offering me to go to their woodlands location (which I can not get to during times they are open). I informed I couldn't make it to that location. They stated they let go of person and offered to return since I had paid April's tuition. I returned - same scenario happened. I emailed again, and received email response that they can offer tutoring not a refund. But they obviously cannot offer tutoring as they are using AI and can't even manage to use the AI as a resource to explain to their students. avoid this place!!! I paid $199 enrollment fee + $249 for one month!!! And they didn't even provide services enrolled for!!

I had to abruptly remove my daughter from the school on yesterday because she yelled at her saying "why are you standing there looking at me" when I was dropping her off. Prior to this while I was signing my daughter in she was rudely yelling for her teacher. I thought that was unnecessary at the time but brushed it off as she was not addressing me nor my child. Shortly after my daughter walks into the cafeteria and is standing there and that's when Beth begins to yell at a 5 year old child. I politely asked her if she was addressing my daughter and she said yes. And that She comes in here everyday and looks at me. I asked her to please not speak to her in that manner and that she was probably waiting for instructions. She then said she had been here long enough to know what to do. As far as I'm concerned a gentle reminder may have been warranted but to yell and scream at a small child is unacceptable on any level. My husband called the school later to speak with Beth and ended up speaking with her teacher who by the way was also yelled at but she took up for Beth saying my daughter should know what to do in the morning. I understand that young lady may need her check but to think it's ok for an adult to talk to a child like that made me feel she wasn't safe in her classroom either. My husband then eventually did speak to Beth and she showed no remorse or acknowledgment for her behavior and continued to blame my child for not knowing what to do. We jumped into the program mid way and the staff was very accommodating, helping successfully integrate our kids. Our children have excelled in terms of academics & behavior. My 5 year old twins LOVE to read. They are excited about learning and before bed each night, they want to get their books and read to us. The most valuable asset of the school are its teachers. Ms. Monica and Ms. Shila are both tops in terms of teaching. The classrooms are calm and always buzzing with activity. My children love to go to school, even Monday morning! Ms. Fi, the director, is always available to answer questions and the children love her as well. While we understand that policies exist for a reason, keeping the full deposit over a one-week difference felt unnecessarily rigid and disappointing, especially given the significant financial investment families make to attend this school. What was most frustrating was the lack of flexibility and consideration for our family's circumstances. A partial refund or compromise would have felt much more reasonable and demonstrated that the school values its relationship with families beyond simply enforcing policies. We also noticed a high amount of staff turnover during our time there. While we cannot speak to the reasons behind it, it was something that stood out to us. Additionally, several staff members we interacted with did not seem particularly happy or supported in their roles, which raised concerns for us about the overall culture of the school. If your primary concern is the day-to-day classroom experience, we had positive interactions with our son's teachers. However, if customer service, administrative flexibility, and financial fairness are important factors in your decision, I would encourage you to carefully consider those aspects before enrolling. For a school that requires a substantial financial commitment from families, we expected a more reasonable and family-centered approach. I will include that administration did offer what they described as an adjustment by allowing us to hold our deposit and apply it toward a future enrollment, and they stated that they would not charge another deposit if we chose to return. They appeared to view this as good customer service and a reasonable accommodation. However, these options were not helpful in our family's circumstances, and the school was aware of the reasons we were leaving. Re-enrolling was not a realistic option for us, so offering to preserve the deposit for a future enrollment did not address the actual issue we were facing. While we appreciate that an alternative was offered, it felt like a solution that the administration knew we would not be able to use, rather than a meaningful effort to work with our family on a fair resolution.

I went in for a tour last week. While I was there, I noticed a rope hanging from the gate in the…read moreplayground. It didn't take long for a little child to come up and put the rope around her neck. It took the teachers longer than what I was comfortable with to tell the child to stop - I actually had to intervene before the teachers got there. Other things I saw: a baby eating a Froot Loop off the floor, the battery cover to a baby swing dangling off (batteries exposed), a napper in a crib (which is a suffocation hazard - not sure if it was there for storage or if they use it like that on babies). Teachers and babies were in this classroom - it wasn't an empty room. I also didn't see toys for the children to play with. It was just babies sitting in a room with some adults. I also saw: dirty/dingy carpets that the older kids play on, the sides of the rubber tiles in the splash pad rolled up due to being exposed to the elements (tripping hazard), and the tour guide telling me sometimes they mix up the baby bottles - they try not to but it happens (dangerous for babies with allergies or for sick babies). The menu also looked lack-luster. I would have expected healthier options from a Montessori, but I'm new to all this so who knows. On the plus side, the kids seemed happy and the staff seemed nice, albeit lax on safety. The price is good. The older kids' classrooms had more to them in terms of stimulation and activity.
