No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't seem to "get it together," and it left me feeling frustrated and discouraged. From my very first appointment, Tom made me feel understood. He listened without judgment and asked questions that helped connect dots I didn't even realize were there. When I was diagnosed with ADHD, it wasn't scary -- it was freeing. For the first time, I had an explanation. I wasn't lazy. I wasn't incapable. My brain just works differently. Starting medication under Tom's guidance has been truly life-changing. The constant mental noise quieted. I can focus. I can follow through. I can start and finish tasks without feeling paralyzed. Everyday responsibilities feel manageable instead of overwhelming. Even my relationships and confidence have improved because I'm not constantly battling myself anymore. Tom's care, patience, and genuine investment in my well-being made all the difference. He doesn't just prescribe medication -- he partners with you in your growth. Working with Clarity Health PLLC has been one of the most transformative decisions of my life, and I'm deeply grateful for the clarity, stability, and hope I now have moving forward.

He doesn't overprescribe medications but doesn't withhold them unnecessarily, either. He truly cares about his patients and gets them involved in their healthcare decisions. Additionally, he's friendly, has never rushed me, and always asks after my daughter (who would come with me to my appointments when she was smaller). I truly appreciate his approach which, although it should be the norm, is still rare among doctors. I would highly recommend Dr. Yablonsky to anyone looking for a knowledgable doctor to help care for and guide them.
