11/8 UPDATE:
I've told you I never cancelled my dress. I even called the number you claim I texted you from and no one picked up. I have always had my current number so it's a baseless claim. Furthermore, even if I did cancel, a notification of cancellation was never received. Secondly, I hired professionals to do their job. Yours was to make my jumpsuit. When I realized you never reached out for a fitting, I reached out to you to see what was going on. As I said before I never bothered you because you were very vocal on social media about your "budget" clients being annoying. I didn't want to be one so I left you to do your thing. A credit was not what we discussed via text message. It was a refund. Every step of the way I have been met with excuses from you and your manager(?)/partner(?). Social media tirades is comical because I have done nothing but tried to bring your attention to the matter since I am blocked. Social media tirades would be bringing dirty laundry to social media but I've yet to do that because I'm trying to remain amicable. But it's been 3 years. After following you for years, I conclude that everything that glitters isn't gold.

I've been waiting for a refund that will more than likely never come. Very unprofessional. To know this is how she operates after following her for so long, is actually disheartening. Mind you, this was supposed to be the jumpsuit I changed into after my wedding ceremony. read more
