I live only 3 minutes away mind you - my appt was at 4:10. I was there at 4:05 and home by 4:25. Who does that?? They took care of the small chip, polished the tooth and I still had time to talk with Paula the hygienist on my way out about family stuff. It takes a lot to win me over, but always being on time and giving me consistent, quality care over the last thirteen years -- is enough. And putting up with me in my morning appointements takes a special group. They do that. They are appreciated.

Wow. My "emergency appointment" was treated just like that when I got there. I, for the most part…read morewas treated like it's not something serious unless they deem it is. The experience felt very unprofessional and that I was not being taken seriously. That is the worst feeling when you are just getting started and know you are locked in to a very expensive treatment plan. No one wants to be treated poorly and somehow, "I didn't mean to make you feel that way," after that fact, just doesn't cut it. I can't believe this.

I also sent an email and got no response. On top of that, the coordinator who initially set everything up gave me information that turned out not to be true, which made the situation even more confusing and frustrating. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here, save your money and your time and go some where else.

KEEP YOUR KIDS SAFE AND STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I made the…read moremistake of switching to this dentist because they accept my insurance. While the superhero theme and arcade games look fun for kids on the surface, it is just a distraction. The biggest WARNING I can give is that PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE BACK! In my 15 years of taking kids to the dentist, I have never been told I couldn't go back with them especially when nitrous oxide (dental gas) is being used. One of my children was scared and crying, and I was not allowed from comforting them. You are forced to wait outside. They offer viewing tablets, but only if you specifically ask or else they would not atomically hand them to you and they only offered because I asked why I wasn't allowed back there and you still cannot hear what is being said or ask questions. Worst of all, you never even meet the dentist afterward. You only see a dental assistant to hand your child back, meaning you get zero direct information about the procedure or how your child handled the sedation. Avoid this place if you want transparency and want to be there to protect your children.
