Upon bringing me the estimate for plumbing I asked did they install broilers. The plumbing and broiler estimate came to about 16,500. Which I was pleased with that price. They give you a different price when they believe your insurance company will fork out that kind of money. I told them to take out the amount for the boiler install which was 6500 and write a check back to my insurance company. To date, I haven't received the check for my insurance company.
