She found the offer 15 minutes before the response was due, excusing the mishap saying they were at a wedding. The offer had been submitted at 12 midnight that morning. The buyer's agent negotiated with vigor and mine let them. I was hung out to dry.....my opinion. After the contract had been dealt with, I never heard from my agent until the day of closing, payday. If you decide to sell with this company or even buy through them, you will be disappointed and represented poorly.

I researched several agents and even met a few in person but Kimberly stood out from the rest. We had a long discussion and everything she said she would do, she did. First impressions mean everything to me and when she delivered on customer service and actually helped us make a great offer on our home we were so happy. At the time, my husband was working in Afghanistan so he was only home for two weeks on leave. I'm so glad my husband was home to help me find the perfect home for us. We moved into our home April 2013. Her staff is awesome. I can't think of one time that someone wasn't available to answer questions or show us homes. The process was very smooth and I didn't stress at all. It's hard enough when you have a spouse that's away but knowing that Kimberly was on my side gave me peace of mind that she would get the job done and she did. My husband and I decided to move to Texas in April 2014. What better person to call to help us get our house on the market than Kimberly Keenan. We called Kimberly in March 2013 and explained our upcoming move and she put our home on the market the end of March and the very first weekend that our home went on the market we had four offers by Sunday. We closed on our home less than a month. We didn't think our home would sell that fast. Kimberly did a great job of walking through our home and helping us stage to perfection. You can't go wrong With Keenan Realty if you are buying or selling. We even considered moving back to Colorado a few times but if we ever do Kimberly will be the one we call to help us purchase another home. Kimberly keep up the great work. We can't thank you enough for all you have done.

Then she did a full color glossy brochure for buyers to take, and brochures at her street sign for interested parties to take. She did an open house that generated so much traffic my neighbors were calling me to find out what was going on! Stacy created so much interest in my house that buyers were bidding on it! In the end. She got me $100K over asking! She helped me vet the offers, she negotiated with the buyer for more than I was going to ask for, and she came to closing to represent me. We recently inherited a house in North Aurora that was built in the mid '50's. It was in need of…read moremajor repairs, upgrades and modernization before it could be placed on the market. This was a major project that I was not interested in supervising nor financing. We were contacted by John's company and I contacted a couple others. The bottom line is that RHS made us the best offer and they fulfilled all their promises to us. This is important because credibility is the most important factor for any business. After a plumbing inspection showed major repairs were required, they had the options of backing out entirely, reducing their offer or keeping their word and absorbing the expenses. I had been warned that many companies over-promise the owners on the initial bid and renegotiate the price down after the problems are discovered. When I mentioned this tactic to John during negotiations he said his company doesn't play such games. His philosophy is the "win-win" model. I can tell anyone who asks that they don't play games and they were true to their word to us. I recommend this company. This is my way of thanking them for their help during a very stressful and sad time.

I met John about a year ago, and have delayed in writing him a recommendation simply because he has…read moreso many positive assets that I never really knew where I could even start in writing a recommendation that would do him justice. I had an investment house that I had tried to sell, and it just sat endlessly on the market. I then met John, and after discovering his very kind hearted and giving nature, decided to try to sell the house again with him. Despite similar market conditions John went to work and had the house sold in a matter of days! I was happily astounded! Since then I have also had the good fortune to be involved in a community meetup group John began to help people grow and self develop into the positive beings each of us has the power to become. The lessons John has provided in this group has helped my own self-development greatly. I discovered from these experiences that in addition to being the most giving, kind hearted person you will ever meet, that John also has the tenacity, capability and connections to get things done. I could go on with the positive characteristics that John has - Expert Knowledge, High Integrity, Creativity to get results, etc, etc . But to do so would fill a book! Suffice to say when you have a challenging real estate issue that others cannot resolve John is certainly your "Go To" person whom I would most certainly recommend. I highly endorse John Brokken as a very rare individual who will meet (and often exceed) his promises and will tenaciously go to work for you to achieve what needs to get done. One will not find another who can match John's remarkable abilities.
