She did not chastise us when we pulled out of deals based on inspections or reports. We appreciate that she didn't make us feel guilty or work any less finding us the right home. She knew our likes and dislikes so we viewed homes that were our potential new home, we did waste our time or hers. She is readily accessible by phone, text, or email.
