Her name appropriately is Joy and she is quick, professional and on the ball. She politely asks if I need anything else after the 33 second transaction. This branch is the only branch that has so many customers due to it being in the center of a HUB they literally blow off customers leaving them standing in the middle of the branch. The don't need the customers or accounts and don't conduct business professionally as do all the branches on the Island. The reps should all be sent to a branch where they need to gain customers, to gain appreciation of how hard most Chase employees work. Do not reccomend. Not that they need the biz. Keep or use Chase, but Choose a friendly branch.
