Said she has to come in or they will give the contents to the state. Remodeling there which probably means they will also become a walk-in ATM with no customer service like the SW branch. I feel like the lender dropped the ball. I understand that there are lots of different things that go into buying a home, especially on the lender side, but to miss a rather large money saving opportunity for a client seems irresponsible even if it was a mistake.
