If I could give it zero stars I would. The WORST internet connection I've ever had. Bought the plan that should be best for around 6 devices, only use it on 2 or 3 devices and I have to continuously restart the router to gain connection. Sadly, this is the only option in Marshall. Signs all over town saying reliable. We switched over on Saturday, Sunday at 4:30 AM, my internet was down. It is STILL down at 9:30 PM as I write this. Not just mine, this is effecting TEXAS. When you call the hotline it says "no estimated time of resolution." I work from home so we'll see if I have internet by 8am. Sad it's been over 16 hours without resolutions. read more

We moved from Dallas, Texas to Marshall, Texas 4 years ago and came to find out that there was only one cable and internet provider in the area which is Fidelity Communications. In these past 4 years, we have had 4 maybe 5 different techs trying to solve our problem with the internet going completely off. Contemplating on moving to Tyler has better choices. Makes me wonder if they are hiring people off the street with no experience and hand them keys to a truck and off they go. read more

Terrible. Service goes in and out for two months, local technicians refuse to acknowledge it, corporate refuses to fire them. No competition in the area, can't exactly boycott when they're the only provider of a product you need. I contact corporate every 48 hours and they tell me to expect a call from the local technicians. It's a game we play. Their service doesn't work, corporate pretends to care, local technicians do absolutely nothing. Don't move to Marshall or Hallsville if you need Internet, it's not worth it. read more

Called to get internet services at end of December,set appt for 3 days later. No call no show. Called them back and they said they ran out of equipment. Fine, rescheduled again. Scheduled between 8-12, called at 11:45a and dispatch said tech would be at our house in 30-45 min. Okay hour passed by nothing so I called back and now dispatch can't get a hold of the tech and a supervisor would call. Nothing.No call no show. Called them again to set another appt after filing complaint. No call no show. Today cancelled the services that i never got. read more

Sorry to hear of your trouble with the Internet service. When did the problems start if I may ask. I was the Internet Engineer for Cobridge from November 2010 - July 2011. after that the company did not have an Internet Engineer that knew how to work on Cable Internet issues at the Customer's home. The Company actually let go most of the people that could have helped you in their main office, since they were in the process of selling out the company. That was actually completed Dec 2011, and then the new company started taking things over. But I understand they also have a problem like almost ALL Cable TV companies, they feel Network Engineers can do the Job of DOCSIS engineers. But that is mainly because there are so few DOCSIS engineers left and they demand much more money than a Network engineer fresh out of college. I wish Cobridge would have decided to stay in the cable business, and I could have helped you. The Local technicians were never trained for Internet problems as Charter never wanted technicians to know very much. and Cobridge just did not have the time in the short period it was running things. read more
