Charged me 20 a month for insurance I told them I didn't want. $10 a month for some other crap i never heard of. A new employee at the store told me they had a bunch of phones come up missing and they fired two employees. I can't talk to anyone at the store who can do anything to help me with this. I've been up there atleast 5 times. Been on customer service 4 times. Wasting who knows how much time and gas trying to fix this. Worst experience ever. Anyone else have this happen? The local marshall group i posted in had a bunch of people it also happened to. Store needs to be shut down.

The terminology is called "slamming" nothing was free. Be careful, who does that to senior citizens. Plus without her husband's passwords or codes she can't do anything about the phone bill. Until his will is probated. Weeks?? Months?? Who knew death causes the survivor so much more grief and anxiety Shame on them!!! Thankful l already switched over to TMoblie
