Your typical cable company. Fidelity was the only internet in the area since we lived in Beebe, there was DSL but it was too slow. Fidelity was mostly unstable when we were a customer. It would go a few times a week. Their modem would take 5 minutes to reboot. They would have issues multiple times a month. They kept going up in cost, it got to $108. We finally had Rightfiber move in, they installed fiber and it was 20+ cheaper per month that includes taxes and everything. So, 330~ a year is saved after switching and it's more stable with faster upload. We thought giving Fidelity, a chance, they would improve their services and prices after competition came in, to keep existing customers. It was a mistake to assume this. So moved to Rightfiber a few months ago. I told Fidelity I am canceling our service. They kept billing, missed it for two days, and they billed for the entire month. They also wanted their terrible modem, which takes forever to boot to be driven to them. They wanted a person to drive about 30 minutes to an hour over to one of their locations. Wasting fuel and milage. At first, they didn't even want it to be mailed in. They said they'd call, randomly expecting somebody to be at home at that specific time they call, for tech to pick it up. No tech ever called. The billing department over there said they would prorate one month where we were late by 2 days, and the next month after, refund that one as well. Called a few times. It has been difficult dealing with them by canceling the service. I then got another email saying they were going to try and hit the card for January despite not having used the service since November or so. Now, they're letting us mail it in which may cost over $20. It is ridiculous all of this to cancel. Be cautious if you are going with them. First, use a credit card instead of a debit card, and I would recommend you consider avoiding using a rented modem. Even get a used one online, so if you ever do cancel. You don't have this issue. They might not have a contract to keep you locked in, but they make it a bit difficult to opt out. read more

Don't expect the technician to call you before your appointment. You are expected to wait around for 2 hours not knowing when they will come and waste your time. Watch out if you work remote because they will tell you to miss work rather than fix their communication mistake and get you setup with internet. read more

Absolutely piss poor internet service. There is always an outage related to cut fibers. If you work from home, keep some PTO in the bank because you will surely need it with this internet service. The service is highly, highly unreliable. Today, 11/21/23, I missed an entire day of work due to no internet. read more

These people are terrible and I would never suggest using these people for any type of service. I've had service for a few months and its not worked even close to half of the time I've been paying yet they will not offer any type of help to resolve the problem. This is absolutely the worst company in America. I had cable TV and internet service and the TV was nothing but trouble. So after over 30 service calls to my house, they said streaming internet TV would be the best solution. They changed it out that day, with the area supervisor standing in my living room. The internet TV is actually worse than cable, and I didn't think that was possible. I've reported the problem to Fidelity, and all they can tell me is that there's nothing they can do, but they're working on trying to improve it. The constant interruptions in the television service is very frustrating! Today I made my third trip to their office in Benton to see the area supervisor once more. He told me repeatedly that no interruption is showing up on their end. I have over 2 dozen videos on my phone of the constant interruptions in service. Michael told me this, "This is the product we have to offer. You can take it as it is or feel free to find another provider." So, I'm paying $216.97 for something that works about 50% of the time. If my one star rating could be in negative numbers, it would be a negative 99! If you're facing this as one of your options, run like you stole something. read more

Internet went out and I work from home. They told me it would be 5 days before a technician would be out. They couldn't get here any sooner. We got passed around and jerked around. Meanwhile I have no way to work. All because their equipment that was supposed to be top of the line crapped out. read more

****I live in Little Rock, Ar.****I received the flyer in the mail and called the number listed. I told the girl I spoke with that I checked online to see if the service was in our area, and it said to call them. Well when I called, and after speaking with her, I was told she would need to send a tech out to make sure service is REALLY available to our address. Online it said it was, but we wanted to make sure. She took my number and said she would call me back the next day to let me know. Well, after 3 days, I called back and was left on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up. Until today, after reading the awful reviews, I was STILL trying to get service from these folks. How inept do you have to be that you can't even accept new business??? Apparently this is typical with this company. Even current customers are complaining on Facebook about not being able to reach anyone. Either get it together or close your business. I don't care which one you choose, BUT DO SOMETHING!!! Worst service ever. Beware salespeople who come around and say they are better than other providers because they are horrible. I have had internet and cable issues for 5 days within the 2 weeks I have been with them. Keeps going down for hours and days at a time, and they do not know how to fix it. I cannot believe I let them convince me that They have better service than ATT. Going back to them asap and filing a small claim to receive my money back plus my wages since I work from home. Fidelity isn't exactly known for getting good reviews, but I've had mostly good experiences. The speed is great where I am, 125mbps - for American standards, that's really decent (and much higher than all competitors in the area). They do suffer from occasional dropouts - and it's usually in poor weather, but not always - but they're mostly limited to brief interruptions of 2-5 minutes, often at night when no one notices. Downside is, if you DO need to get through, it's a nightmare - like an hour on hold to be told "we don't have an ETA." But, they DID already know about the issue. I don't see why they don't simply get a twitter account and post live status updates. Also, enrolling in autopay on my CC was much harder than it should have been. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They have horrible customer service at their Benton office, they seem to know in certain areas they have the only high speed Internet and it is reflected in their services. I have had their Internet about 4 yrs, every 2 or 3 months we have same problem, of course it is in my house (NOT) , say they are sending someone out to repair, it will come back on in a couple of days, out of approximately 16 calls, i have been called once to say serviceman is on the way, it was working so he never came I out, that was approximately 7 calls ago, still have same issue. We have had them for about a year. They are expensive but we are not missing a thing. Given our location I have been happily surprised about the service and consistency. Every once in a while we have to call and have them over the phone fix the internet which has never been a long wait or a complicated fix. Sometimes the problems are out of their control, like someone took out the pole bring cable/internet to our neck of the woods. There are some features etc. that we might miss and some Cubs games. But in general we are very pleased. We have the upper tier cable and the super fast high speed internet with 4 dvr fido things. read more

I'm beyond frustrated with this company. I had Charter back in the day and it was great, no problems. Fidelity took over and I immediately started having problems. First it was "old lines" then after all the lines in my house and on my road were replaced it was my equipment. Then my equipment was replaced. Then it was a "signal issue" and they were upgrading their equipment. Then they came back and said I had old equipment (they had just installed it). Changed it out with new stuff. Got almost 40 more channels I was supposed to be getting all along. Didn't offer a refund for their mistake. Bill went from $94 to $125. Still had problem. Found faulty connector at pole. Worked okay for a while (about 2 months) then stated losing Internet connection. Changed modem. No help. Changed it again. Still no help. Ran new lines again. Still no help. Found I was paying way too much for the services I had and they said they would give me a credit but I still haven't seen that credit. When last guy came out to check things he said I was paying for a box I didn't have. We decided to go with FIDO because with taking the amount of that box off and putting my bill where it was supposed to be I would only pay $5 more a month. But I get my bill and it's $145 AND I've had to call twice because it's still not working! I sit making this review on my phone because I have no TV and no Internet and I live in an area that doesn't have other options. And I though Comcast was bad. I paid for the 20mb Internet plan and when it was installed, I was only getting 11mb. My computer, 1 room away from their supplied WiFi router was only getting 1mb download speed. Customer services response was that I should get their 60mb plan. Installer left without testing my Internet connection. Installer also tracked attic insulation throughout my house. Both installer and uninstaller never called before arriving at my house, even though customer service said they'd call to let me know they were on their way. Because of this, I missed them and had to reschedule. I would not use this company. read more

Done. Just done. Only go with this ISP if it is literally your last option for internet service. It's just bad. Been a year since my last review and I have needed about 4-5 techs to come fix my internet since then and its just drop randomly more times than I can count. I literally just had a tech "fix" my internet last week and today I am back to getting 3-6% packet loss and my upload is not what it is suppose to be. I have had it with this company. Internet messes up so much, the tech support never know what is going on when I call, and apparently their techs that go on site don't know what the hell they are doing either. SO JUST STEER CLEAR OF THIS ISP. ITS BAD. read more
