Pathetic Serivice, Pay over 100$ a month for high speed and can barely use it 60% of the time. Randomly Drops upload and download for hours on end. Get no help from Service calls, simply told i dont have a problem and they dont have "line techs" its the power company problem. How can you have a business and charge money buts its "another companies problem" when you cant come through on what you charge customers for. Would leave zero stars if possible read more

John Cooper came by and tested my internet box and services and in my opinion, did an excellent job. He tested inside and out and updated what needed to be updated. John was very polite and professional. He also included me to a watch list so you guys can keep an eye on my internet's performance. We will see. I haven't had time to rate Fidelity's performance since John left 30 minutes ago. read more

From the Business

Specialties

Fidelity Communications provides high-speed internet, cable television and phone service to residential and business customers in the greater Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas areas.

History

Established in 1940.

Since 1940, Fidelity has been committed to bringing the latest technology and services to the customers it serves. The Davis family purchased the Fidelity Telephone Co. in 1940 and it prospered under the direction of their father, the late John T. Davis. Fidelity President John Colbert took the helm in early 2011 after more than 20 years with the company. After decades as a local and long distance phone company, Fidelity began growing in 1992 when it purchased the Rolla cable TV system. It launched its Sullivan cable system in 1999 and acquired systems in Lebanon, Missouri, in 2006 and Salem, Missouri, in 2007. In 2008, Fidelity added 24,000 individual service customers with its purchase of a cable system in Lawton, Oklahoma, and more than doubled that with the Cobridge acquisition in 2012.
