After taking over the contract, I was never once informed that windows would not fix the leak from my window frame. Instead, I was told it was coming from above our unit. When I finally call them with proof(Opened up the drywall and jams myself), Chris flipped into salesman mode to sell me replacement windows to "fix it the right way this time". I am very disappointed that I paid them for services they knew would not fix my issue, and never even informed me.

After waiting for an hour I contacted the company and was told that they neglected to put my appointment into their system. 1 hour wasted. My second appointment was cancelled by the company as they were too busy to come to my house on the day and time they said they would be there, so I agreed to reschedule - again. I chose a morning appointment time for my 3rd appointment with the hopes that they would not get too busy prior to my appointment. They contacted me a few minutes after their scheduled arrival time and said they were running a few minutes behind. 45 minutes later nobody was there and no additional contact was made so I contacted them and told them I would be hiring someone else. Very disrespectful customer service and very difficult to make plans around their lack of conformity to scheduled appointments.
