I sent a text as instructed on the voicemail. I received a text back saying she is by appointment only and was closed for the week. I text back with a screenshot of my appointment confirmation and told her I had scheduled an appointment weeks ago. She wrote back and blamed Groupon. She then blamed ME and said that I should have called to confirm my appointment. Um...isn't that YOUR job as the business owner. Was my email confirmation not enough? I did everything I needed to do as the customer. I told her that if she had put that in the instructions, I would have called to confirm.
