At that point, they finally text back to my reminder text from the night before that they ignored to say that they can't make it because they have a dentist's appointment. Not even an emergency mind you, but something they scheduled in advance at the same time we had a cleaning scheduled. Unbelievable! They were apologetic after the fact but that's a huge red flag. Will have to look for someone else.

After a couple disappointing experiences with larger commercial companies, I decided to try this small family business and I'm so glad I did! They started with a very thorough consultation, and the way they pointed out dirt as they went through the house convinced me that these women really know how to clean! Then they assigned me to Nayara, who has been fantastic. Extremely reliable, excellent communication, and best of all, actually cleans! Spotless floors, gets into all the nooks and crannies, dusts everything, cleans under stuff on kitchen counters. Very impressed with this business and highly recommend!

More importantly, their facebook link is dead, nobody is responding over email, and the phone number listed to contact them no longer works. I am trying to adjust the frequency of the cleanings, and I'm unable to contact anyone. I'm not sure where this stands on the good/bad business practice spectrum, but I'm going to have to start asking the people who show up to clean for their boss' contact information so I can cancel all future services if this continues. Customers need a way to actually speak to a person working for this business.

I had these people…read moreout to deep clean my apartment for a family dinner party and to being with they did a half ass job on both my restrooms, it looked as if they just took a wet wipe and wiped everything down! I didn't pay my hard earned money for a half ass job! The two woman who came (one who seemed to be bossing the other around and may have been a co owner ?) weren't here long enough I thought for a deep cleaning and boy was I knew it when I saw the work they did (or didn't do) Also to make matters worse I don't think that their products are all natural because whatever they used to clean my rugs ruined it! And it looks like whatever they wiped my walls with ruined my new paint in my office right near where the rugs ruined! I'm very unhappy and would like my money back, but I don't think that's going to happen because every time I call they never answer or call me back. Please if you want your house cleaned right call someone else and do your homework comparing cost and reviews. I will not recommend this cleaning service to anyone. I'm chronically ill and hadn't really ever cleaned the place beyond squirting various chemicals around in the worst places and wiping them back off. It had four years of dust piled up in most places, and some giant piles of junk that I swear were about to develop life on their own, but Graci was undaunted and just went to work and tackled it all, organizing and cleaning and throwing the junk out, and I swear when I saw it I thought I had walked into somebody else's place for a second. It feels so great to have a clean space. She managed everything with minimal supervision, was really nice about negotiating price, and asked questions when she needed to. Now my apartment is a place I actually want to be in. I unreservedly recommend Graci Cleaning!
