My husband and I got married in June and Jerry was our videographer. I did countless hours of…read moreresearch to find a videographer that could fit our budget without sacrificing quality. I am so glad I found Jerry! When I foundJerry I was nervous to see that he's based in San Diego, as our wedding was in Orange county! Jerry made the trip up from SD to film our wedding no problem without any extra charge in travel! Now that sealed the deal for me right away. Jerry was great with responding to emails promptly. Not just to me but also to my coordinator. I don't think I ever waited longer than a day to hear back from him. That to me is one of the strongest point of being a wedding vendor. He was super reliable. Come the week of the wedding, I realized I had forgotten that Jerry needed a permit to shoot at our first look location. In panic mode I emailed Jerry right away and he was on it! He updated me every step of the way and even called the city office to confirm that his application was bring processed and that he would get the permit on time. Mind you, doing all of this from San Diego! Jerry arrived on time on the wedding day which I truly appreciated considering he had a two hour drive. He shot our wedding video beautifully and respectfully without getting in the way of our photographers. He worked well with everyone! When it came down to editing our highlight video, Jerry was so so so patient. He made multiple edits for us and came through with every request just to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. We love our highlight video and so does all of our friends and family. Jerry delivered in every way. There was not a request that he couldn't meet. I definitely recommend him for any couple that is on a budget but yet still wants quality for their wedding day. Thank you Jerry for everything!

Luckily, after tons of research we found Jerry and he was available for all three days. Jerry was very attentive during the months leading up to the wedding by e-mailing back quickly and answering our every question. When our wedding weekend came, he was super professional and arrived early every day. After the wedding, there was a bit of lag until we received the videos; however, I don't think this is something that we laid out in our contract so if anything it was our fault. When we received the videos, they were amazing! Jerry was very accommodating during the whole process. We had a few edits due to personal preferences and Jerry made sure that all of our requests were carried out perfectly. Jerry was prompt, professional, affordable, and captured our vision beautifully!

I hired her for my wedding and I couldn't have gotten a better photographer. Not only is she professional but she is very personable and makes you feel at ease. She made the entire photo experience run smoothly. Not only was she there an hour early to scope out the area to find good photo backdrops but she allowed me to also choose additional backdrops as we took our photos. Ronalyn captured every special moment and was extremely patient with my loud, rowdy, picture-loving family. The photos themselves were beautiful. She took her time editing them and did a wonderful job doing so. She had to go out of town for an emergency which delayed the process of my photo delivery. However, she offered extra editing and printings as a mode of apology for the delay. I found that extremely professional on her part. The pricing is budget friendly and is flexible. I can't wait to take our family portraits this spring! Ronalyn Concepcion Design and Photography is definitely the way to go if you want professional, creative, budget-friendly memories !!!

She offered…read moreto help us out as a day of coordinator because our other wedding coordinator found out that her sister was graduating from college on the morning of our wedding. Having said that, I am SO GLAD that she stepped up to help out. She was fantastic! I am a worrier by nature, so the fact that I didn't have to worry about anything during my wedding or reception was wonderful. She confirmed with all our vendors, showed up early to make sure everything and everyone was where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there, ran around constantly to fix any little problems that popped up - example: the caterer forgot the coffee and the coffee pot wasn't heating properly. The only thing I heard of it was when Hien asked if I was okay with her associate running to Starbucks and spending $30 to get coffee there. And that was it. When I got back, I also found out that she'd called the caterer, explained the situation, and got a refund for the coffee pot. I didn't have to do anything! I really can't say enough about how helpful she was, how calm during the last frantic days of the planning, how good she was about making sure that my then-fiance' and I were on the same page about how things were going to happen. There is no way I would have enjoyed my wedding day as much as I did if she hadn't be there to help.

I knew that I could give her a style guide and our color palette and she would create the perfect designs. I did not need to tell her what flowers to use, or how much greenery or anything.
