Very uncaring towards employees and often rude clients. I had one where I cared for her dogs perfectly and often referring back to the note she left to ensure I was doing everything right. They were fed, administered meds, given fresh water, plenty of potty breaks and light playing because one had physical limitations. One was walked and expressed I tried to walk the other multiple times but he didn't want to go on a walk, plus it was hot/warm out so I was concerned of the possibility of them overheating, even though the sidewalk wasn't hot to the touch which was part of THEIR note when it comes to walking the dogs -- I checked multiple times and it was safe to walk them. I guess the owner didn't like I was chilling with them ( STILL GIVING THEM ATTENTION ) as my shift was nearly done/I didn't realize what time it was and later see I got removed as a sitter for those dogs. I expressed to management what happened to my assignments and only got told how I was "no longer needed" for the assignments. Nothing expressed what the issue was. I also took off days from my main job in order to do those assignments, so I am a little annoyed. I had another client who's house was practically impossible to get to due to all the road closures, even following a route that claimed to AVOID the closure, only to lead me to the closed road. I literally tried to come to the client's house 3-4 times ( and they were like 13-14 minutes from my house ) and called how I couldn't figure out how to get to her house. I addressed this to management who kinda kept fighting with me over it until they conceded that no matter where I went, it just kept taking me to the closed road. Next client I would say was very rude. I work two jobs, plus another side-job, am often home late, have a bunch animals to care for and type fast. I will admit I did not proof-read my messages before sending and had a lot of confusion and was not able to make it to a meet & greet due to my main job as I was expecting to be off that day per past schedules. This client initially said we could try a different time so I tried again to schedule a new one, and then she switches how she isn't "comfortable" with me caring for her dogs without being understanding. I guess that was her complaint that got me in trouble. Honestly, I could file for discrimination. My biggest peeve with this company is the lack of addressing issues considering I'm VERY new to the concept. They don't bother to talk to you over something that you need or could improve on, instead just terminate you without hearing your side of the story. read more

The pet sitting service is amazing. The daytime care is consistent and dependable. The updates you receive show true dedication to my pets. The sitter clearly enjoys my dogs and they love her. The overnight services are equally superb. Most recently the sitter maneuvered my challenging driveway after a snow storm to care for my dogs. I get several updates and photos of the dogs each day. I have never had a better pet sitting service. The fact that they send 'action shots' to prove they have done their business is hysterical. I highly recommend all is their services. read more

Fetch makes it easy to set up for a sitter to come in & care for your animals. Kylee was great w/ my girls & sent us pictures so we could see how they were all doing. She offered to water plants, take out the trash, etc., while we were gone. We have set up our next appointment w/ Kylee later this week to take care of our cats while we are dealing w/ family business out of town. We will continue to use Fetch going forward & I would highly recommend their services to anyone who may be on the fence about "strangers" taking care of their fur babies! read more

Fetch! is the very best. We have used them not only for occasional walks, but for extended vacation visits for our four dogs. We do not kennel due to the stress and potential for disease. For about the same price as a kennel, our pets get to stay in the comfort and security of their own home while we are away. Kennel's are very cold and impersonal. I had given up vacations, as I could not bring myself to put my best friend in prison while I went off to enjoy myself. Then I found FETCH Pet Care! My precious dog could stay in his own home and I knew she was happy and taken care of. This is a great alternative to staying home or putting your dog in a kennel. read more

I always recommend Fetch. Our dogs love our walker/sitter, who is always the same person. We've tried leaving the dogs with friends, or under the care of a neighbor. It's never worked out well.
