About half of the gym equipment has been removed, and what's left isn't properly maintained. The new pull-up bars, for example, have been installed too close to the ceiling and are basically unusable. Management is completely unresponsive -- they've been promising new equipment since June, then said October, and now it's supposedly coming in April. Honestly, it doesn't seem like it will ever happen. To make things worse, the showers have been out of order for over a week with no sign of repair or communication from staff. Overall, it feels like nobody in management actually cares about the state of the place. Most of the gym instructors have also left since the takeover -- only one remains -- which really says a lot about the current working environment and management approach. The only redeeming part of Clements Hall is the group fitness classes. The instructors running them are fantastic -- enthusiastic, professional, and clearly dedicated. It's their energy that keeps this centre going despite everything else falling apart.

It is great because you get the use of two swimming pools and the use of the spa, which is a good bargin. Only 16+ years allowed in the spa to health and safety, as it can affect the bloods in children below the age.

Its the only place in the area that I know about where you can play squash and not have to pay for monthly membership, booking is fairly easy and cheap so to be honest if you are looking to get into squash, as I have recently, its great that this place is available. That I needed after the way I was treated by everyone active I try to take my own life and still now I think of suicide because of what happened to me in the way I was treated. I have received a lifetime ban from everyone active at the Eversley Centre. I am still waiting for the proof that they have not provided they have just got allegations of harassment from a member of staff. What is a friends off my Ex-partner. The Centre itself it's okay for the money. My issue is with everyone active and the way they run the centre when I was employed there. Many things happened in the background and were covered up. one shift. I worked the manager on duty had a out to date first aid certificate upper management know. This person shouldn't not been working on that day a little child got smashed in the mouth by the glass gate Obviously the parents was pretty upset. The child lost his tooth. The manager on duty should've not done anything at all as they were not first-aid trained and I believe the customer should've just sued the company. This was covered up quite easily by some paperwork getting done by somebody else what was NOT on duty that day. more concerning is when The fire alarm went off. These things happen but the way it was dealt with. Was outrageous. The manager on duty decided to get the gymnastics people outside with no blankets or nothing in the cold she started shouting at people in a unprofessional way this was also covered up by a area manager from different area, but employed by everyone active what does play football at Eversley but was not there that night writing a letter saying how good the manager dealt with the situation. This in my opinion is very concerning specially with a swimming pool getting built these are the people who will be looking after your kids in the swimming pool I have two kids myself unfortunately I can't control where they can go at the moment. But I would be distraught to know that they would be going here for the swimming lessons. The staff members are more interested in sitting in the back office on their mobile phones. The paperwork for health and safety is a disgrace. These are my issues with everyone active and not the centre I believe Eversley gym should be took back into the council hands and run by a company. What is more interested in the local people not making big amounts of money.
