We had some basic ideas for the design but Mike helped us fine tune things with additional suggestions. We really liked the way he took any issues that came up in stride and was happy to accommodate any changes we wanted midway through. We chose him over the other contractors we talked to because he had the attitude that basically anything we wanted could be done and he would just make it work. We were really happy to work with him. I added a post-stain pic for you, Mike, so you can how the stain turned out. It turned out really nice I think. Thanks again!

After having some difficult experiences with contractors in the past, we were hesitant about a project of this scale, but Ryan completely put our minds at ease. From the start, Ryan went above and beyond. He took the time to explain the entire insurance claim process in great depth. Most impressively, he worked directly with our insurance company to ensure every necessary repair was covered--resulting in a significantly more comprehensive approval than the insurance company's initial inspection offered. Ryan managed a massive workload, coordinating four different teams to handle: full siding and garage door replacement, window replacement, custom trim painting, and shed roof replacement He stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process, following up after every single stage to ensure we were satisfied with the progress. He is incredibly personable, down-to-earth, and has a deep knowledge of building codes and requirements. What truly set Ryan apart was his dedication; he even took the time to personally correct a structural issue left behind by a previous contractor years ago. Ryan is a true professional who is dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. We would be thrilled to hire him again in the future and will be recommending him to all of our friends and family.

They showed up to do the roof within the first 2 months, although didn't bother telling me first and I had just been discharged from the hospital with my newborn the day before. A year later they redid my gutters but put on the wrong colored downspouts and put them in the wrong places, even skipping an entire downspout. I contacted the manager who said he would be taking over handling my claim, then spoke to him twice and haven't heard from him since. Stay away from them unless you have the time and energy to constantly hound them to get the job done correctly.
