The day of our wedding they were attentive to our needs and very easy going. They allowed us to basically add any extras we wanted to for our big day. The only bad thing for us, since we live so far away, is that the food tastings were done during other events. The idea behind this made a lot of sense- it was so we could try the food in bulk just like our big day- but driving multiple times out that way @ 1.5 hours each direction was a little burdensome for us. Aside from that I would highly recommend. Staff was wonderful and place was absolutely great! Thank you chez Shari for making our wedding day amazing!!!

To rent it was $600 starting at 8am to midnight. - Kitchen with two working fridges - Provides table and chairs - In a good area without too much going on Cons: - The whole place needs to be updated. It definitely feels outdated and there are no frills. - You're required to get insurance on your own, which isn't too bad. I paid $120. - $150 for a cleaning fee and $500 cash deposit - Bathrooms were not clean and felt really dirty to be in - Chairs are really old and beat up - Smells old I would definitely recommend for a baby shower or something not too fancy. The occupancy is only up to 120 people. Not recommended for a wedding or a quince. Honestly, you get what you pay for. You can make it look real nice if you decorate it enough.

San Joaquin RTD also has buses meeting here. There are only 3 Manteca Transit bus routes at this time. Most drivers are caring but there are a few characters at times. They could really use a route from Target to Walmart to JC Penney to Kohl's to make shopping easier, even if it was only available from Thanksgiving to the end of the year. They recently replaced the old buses and everything works fairly well. Dial-A-Ride is another matter, from what I've seen. They don't seem to show up when needed. As with so many other departments in Manteca, it seems to be underfunded, despite all of the new residents. Things are better than they were. Hopefully, they will continue to improve.
