The room is very dark and I'm visually impaired. She took time explaining exactly what was happening and the clear face shield so I didn't smash my face. I was a tiny bit nervous but it was so quick. They were both very knowledgeable and kind. Made a quick pit stop on the way out - bathroom was spotless too. They even had deodorant available. (I packed mine). The waiting area is nice with hgtv and coffee. Very pleasant 25 minute experience.

Note, he made clear to the dr that he has had other steroids and didn't have that reaction. It was just this one. (Which she then tried to gaslight me on and tell me he didn't tell her that and didn't tell her the symptoms were continuing. I was in the same room. I hesrd him.) Apparently ignoring that, the dragon said he would have this reaction to ANY type they put him on and that he should go to an ENT because they don't have what they need to do further tests that they couldn't do. (For what? She didn't say. We already knew he had an ear infection from his first visit and the steroids WERE helping until he had the reaction.) When I asked if she was refusing further medical treatment at this time she said No! Of course not! If he wants to come in- Apparently having forgotten that she had said before that they didn't have what they supposedly needed to test him. Insurance fraud on top of everything?
