I drove 30+ minutes late at night to pick up things for a special breakfast. Website said store was open till midnight each day. Arrived 11:02pm. Store was closed. Sign on door says store is open 7-11 each day, different from website. Called store (confirmed it was right one) to find out what was going on and which was right, or if store was open but I just failed to get in for some reason. Asked automated system for hours. It said 7-10 each day. So now we have three different sets of hours. While doing this, two other cars, unrelated to each other, pulled up and people tried and failed to enter the store. You web site and phone system both have different store hours listed than the ones listed on the door. So three sets of hours and no idea what's right. You are doing a disservice to your customers. I wasted more than an hour of my time and, more importantly, don't have what I need for a special breakfast. How many people show up each night thinking you are open? How long has this been incorrect? When will it be fixed. We do like the store, but in this day and age of technology, there is no excuse for publishing three sets of hours, two of which are incorrect and leave people sitting in your parking lot late at night after having driven far from home.

Also, I love the Town of Stuart! Staff are friendly and helpful. The store always has plenty of shopping carts and it is clean. I really enjoy shopping in the Garden Center and Hardware/Home sections, too. This store has a lot of home repair and finishing items as there is not really a hardware store (Lowe's) in town. Holiday section is smaller than most but it still has plenty to choose from. There is a Pharmacy and Bakery in this store, too. This store may not have the exact brand you are looking for but there is always an Equate version. Definitely worth the drive because I never leave stressed out!

I don't know why we decided to patronize them since the reason they closed all the NC locations was to break the employee's union and many lost their pensions that they were so close to getting. Oh, well, crazy us! The store is typical Kroger all the way. We actually came here for one of their types of toilet tissue specifically that we found at one of their knock off stores that they have in the Midwest called Ruler Foods by Kroger. They're no frills like Aldi where merchandise is just left in their shipping boxes and placed on shelves. It's stuff that either the label has been updated (as we found to be the case with the ones at this Kroger in Rocky Mount) or maybe overstock items. Anyway, we stocked up on the TP that's better than what we'd been getting at Aldi. We did get a number of other items and grumbled all the way thru the place about how the shoppers and employees in NC got cheated by the company in one way or another. It's not the employees fault for them not being able to figure that out before being hired. Leaders should not be yelling at employees like they are a child, unprofessional. Maybe train them first.
