We just had our fireplace serviced by this company. We were quoted $150 for service and $60 for a…read morepart. The job was quoted to take 45 minutes. My husband took the afternoon off work to accommodate their business hours. The gentleman who came to service the fireplace took 3 hours. Some of that time was spent on the phone trying to call the store for help. My husband had to help reassemble the fireplace and had to clean the glass. We were then shocked to be presented with a bill for $450 dollars. More than double what we had been quoted. This has been a very frustrating experience. We won't be using their services again. Should you choose to have them come to your home. I highly recommend getting a clear price range or firm price before beginning any work.

We went there to buy a BBQ. Since they sell Napoleon and only the GOOD Napoleon grills, the sale was easy. By that, I mean the Canadian built ones, not the off shore models. They pretty much sell themselves once you see the difference in materials and construction. But the owners do know their products. They could easily have upsold us on a larger BBQ that we really didn't need but were obviously interested in. It dazzled us with the features and possibilities. However, chatting with them and the questions they asked helped us to make the right choice.
