Being that I'm from Alabama and not knowing the area they made me feel so welcomed. The receptionist always greeted me with a smile and every time I would called she answered like she was waiting on my call. A really nice women. As for my chiropractor (Dr. Alicia Castelhano) I could spend the next three days explain the lengths that she went through for me. She listened to each one of my issues and where i was thinking that the pain derived from. She made sure is was a comfortable and that it was as painless as possible. She even emailed me stretches that I could do on my own if my pain started acting up again. I've never met another chiropractor that went through what she did to help me with my pain. And that's here in Canada and back home in Alabama. She even asked for my chiropractors information so she could reach out to make sure that he stays on the same regiment as she began to try and correct my issues. Sadly, in hindsight I don't think my massage therapist realized this was a prenatal massage because there were no extra pillows or cushions to accommodate me. Next in review of my problem areas, I mentioned where I was experiencing the most pain and that was definitely an area where we spent the least amount of time. And then feet were completely forgotten. I am osteopathically trained and very aware that one treatment cannot fix everything but I am also aware that you then set up a treatment plan and manage the expectations of your client. To be honest, I don't expect this place to reach out to me to address my concerns or try to make it right. Maybe if I were white there would be more attempts to maintain my satisfaction.

We go there for acupuncture. He explains everything and will give you exercises to follow to help you. Sometimes there is instant relief , sometimes it takes a few treatments. My sinuses flow instantly. My husband was recommended major back surgery that might have a 20% failure rate. Dr. Tom fixed him up with acupuncture in about 8 treatments and he has had no recurrence.
